I could not have gotten a better agent. Dave helped me to sell a house that I inherited but was 100 miles away from where I lived. My family commitments prevented me from being able to be at the location. Dave stepped up and took care of everything, from the sale of the house to my understanding of the entire process. His knowledge of the area, with relation to the real estate market, helped me to obtain the best price possible while still selling it in a short time frame.

He was out front on buyers, inspections, conditions, progress for a while! He was patient with our family miles away as we were often behind in taking care of his carefully-detailed alerts. I can't say enough great things about Dave! I had tried to sell my home by myself and got nothing but frustrated by the whole process. I work and have a daughter and can't just drop everything to show the house. Also, I was a little apprehensive about letting strangers in my home. Dave took care of all that for me and I was able to focus on my work and family.

I was really impressed with how quick it sold too. He only had it on the market for a couple weeks before we had a contract on the house and we closed just a couple weeks after that. I was shocked.

Dave Harrison worked with us almost a year before we found the house we bought. It didn't matter what location we were looking in, he was very patient with us and showed us houses in many different areas as we were having a hard time deciding exactly where we wanted to live.
